Message but on street tires a lightweight flywheel will provide enough inertia. All you have to do different than a heavy stock flywheel is launch at a higher rpm. I have an 11.5 flywheel and 255/50 r16 on the back, I let the air out to 25psi and do a small burnout so my tires can absorb some vht- I launch it around 3000rpm and have achieved a 2.089 60' with a little wheel hop and tire spin.
